McCormick & Co., a popular spice maker, is facing a lawsuit over the size of their ground pepper tins. Watkins Inc., a smaller player in the spice industry, filed the lawsuit claiming that McCormick reduced the amount of pepper in their tins by 25% while maintaining the same tin size.
