– 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Marinade:**
– In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
2. **Marinate the Meat and Shrimp:**
– Add the steak strips and shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. **Prepare the Vegetables:**
– Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
– In a separate bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

– In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
