Clarkson has come a long way in terms of living a healthy lifestyle. During an interview five years prior, she admitted that she wasn’t one to do sports or work out rigorously. Rather, at the time, she focused on healthy eating.
Clarkson suffered from an autoimmune disease and a thyroid problem that started in 2006. She read a book titled “The Plant Paradox,” which not only made her lose 37 pounds but helped her understand food and nutrition on a different level.
Clarkson, aside from being a busy host and singer, is a proud mother to two children. She shares River Rose and Remington Alexander with Blackstock.
