Jane Seymour, 72, is an iconic actress who has built an impressive career within the entertainment industry. Aside from her acting prowess, Seymour is also well-known for her movie star looks, which she has managed to maintain over the years.

During an interview she sat down for years ago, Seymour spoke a little bit about the wellness routines that have been working for her. Far from making use of crazy and harmful diets and workout regimens, the “Somewhere in Time” star revealed:
“I eat normally. I happen to like fish and vegetables and chicken; I stay away from red meat, but not religiously. I exercise, but not absurdly…if you exfoliate your skin and you take your makeup off and then use a good cream…”
Most important on her list of what keeps her looking good is staying away from plastic filler procedures. Though she has absolutely no problem with those who want to use such techniques, Seymour just made a personal choice not to use Botox. She related her decision to needing to be able to show emotion as an actress.
Although she admitted to getting her boobs done once, years and years ago, she hasn’t had anything further. In terms of how the relationship between beauty and aging has played a part in her perception of getting older, Seymour spoke about the importance of demystifying the stigma surrounding age.
In fact, the older she’s gotten, the more happy she’s become. Now that she’s in her seventies, she expressed feeling an incredible sense of freedom. At the end of last year, while speaking about the space in her life in which she currently finds herself, Seymour expressed:
“I actually feel like I am in a better place now than I’ve ever been…I’m in my prime right now.”

This past Thursday, the 72-year-old beauty, who said she’s in her prime, stepped out dressed to the nines to attend the premiere of “May December.” She adorned a figure-hugging, long-sleeved red dress, an intricate jeweled necklace, other accessories, and beige heels that were bedazzled on the rims.
Being that she is a leading lady who embraces getting older and all that comes with it, pictures of Seymour showed off her real and untouched face’s natural beauty. Upon seeing photos of the stunning actress, many praised her for her amazing appearance. One fan even commended her for representing older women who age gracefully:
