It’s a fresh blend of crushed tropical pineapple, smooth vanilla custard and a light, fluffy whipped cream. A crowd-pleaser due to its simplicity,

this dessert is perfect if you want to surprise your guests without the stress.Just grab a handful of simple ingredients and you’ll have a dessert that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds in no time. For a more tropical twist, pair it with a scoop of coconut sorbet or a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes to boost the flavor.

20 ounces crushed pineapple (save the juice!)

1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 ounces)

1 cup smoothie topping, thawed

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the chopped, undrained pineapple with the dry vanilla pudding mixture.Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is well mixed.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let it cool for about an hour.
When it’s time to serve, you can dress it up with some shredded coconut, an extra dollop of whipped cream, or even a cherry on top for that classic touch. Enjoy simplicity and compliments
