Classic Potato Salad with Eggs and Tuna

Ingredients:

– 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
– 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
– 1 can of tuna in water, drained
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1/2 cup chopped pickles
– 1/4 cup chopped celery
– 1/4 cup chopped onion
– 1 tbsp mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, sliced eggs, and tuna.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, pickles, celery, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and gently toss to combine.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
