TV personality Carol Vorderman puts in a lot of effort to keep her amazing figure. She recently shared photos showing off her curvy shape, wearing tight workout clothes that highlighted her toned body.
The Welsh star often posts videos of her intense workout routines on Instagram, and her fans love it, calling her “Supervorders.”
When she isn’t on TV, working out, flying planes, or taking pictures with Tom Cruise, Vorderman enjoys spending time with one of her five “special friends.”Carol Vorderman, 62, recently marked 40 years on TV. “Women in their 60s weren’t raised to exercise regularly… I think as you get older, it’s important to lift weights, stretch, and do squats,” Vorderman said in an interview with *HELLO!* magazine. “If you skip it for even a few weeks, your body starts to feel stiff. Since I work in a visual industry, I have to pay more attention to how I look—more than I’d prefer.”
Recently, she posted photos from the gym, wearing a grey crop top and tight leggings that highlighted her curves.
Vorderman wrote in her caption, “Five gym sessions this week. It feels great to get back into a routine. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water, walking outside in fresh air… this is my happy place, to be honest.”
The photos showed a sweaty Carol Vorderman lifting weights and doing cable rope curls, showing off her toned body and curvy figure.
