The left has been complaining for weeks after Kilmar Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador for affiliations with the dangerous MS-13 cartel. Conservatives pointed to his lengthy criminal history, while liberals painted the man as “a fine and innocent person,” despite the obvious security concerns. Reacting to the media uproar, Attorney General Pam Bondi released a treasure trove of documents that proved Garcia’s membership in the violent criminal organization and proved that Donald Trump was right to deport this man.
For context, Trump has repeatedly promised to deport vast numbers of illegal immigrants from America. Since taking office this year, the president has worked alongside the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tom Homan to keep America safe from foreign criminals.
In any case, the DOJ published documents proving his gang affiliation and demolishing the mainstream media’s biased narrative. The document, which was published on April 16, 2025, read, “The DHS opposed the Respondent’s request for bond. The DHS asserted that the Respondent is a verified gang member. The Respondent was arrested in the company of other ranking gang members and was confirmed to be a ranking member of the MS-13 gang by a proven and reliable source. The DHS argued that the Form I-213 is admissible as a legally reliable document in immigration court.”
Responding to the performative outrage about Garcia, President Donald Trump posted a photo that proved that Garcia was an MS-13 gang member. He said, “This is the hand of the man that the Democrats feel should be brought back to the United States, because he is such “a fine and innocent person.’”
Building on that point, Trump reiterated his campaign promise to keep the nation safe. He explained, “They said he is not a member of MS-13, even though he’s got MS-13 tattooed onto his knuckles, and two Highly Respected Courts found that he was a member of MS-13, beat up his wife, etc. I was elected to take bad people out of the United States, among other things. I must be allowed to do my job. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
In the comments under her post, conservatives flocked to support the president. One such comment read, “Bounce these scumbags out of our country, President Trump! Also, please prosecute the treasonous DNC and NGOs for their many crimes against the American people. The truth needs to be laid bare! Their leadership needs to be convicted!”
Providing additional context in a tweet, AG Pam Bondi expertly countered the mainstream narrative. She posted, “The evidence shows Kilmar Abrego Garcia has repeatedly been identified as a member of MS-13 by: ⁃ A Maryland county police gang unit ⁃ A reliable confidential informant ⁃ ICE officers ⁃ An immigration judge agreed ⁃ An appellate board agreed.”
Included in the same post was a video of Pam Bondi speaking to Fox News about the issue. She said, “Under Donald Trump’s incredible plan to get these alien enemies, these terrorists, out of our country, he is deported. He is deported back to where he came from, El Salvador. He is sitting in a prison. And every American should be thanking President Trump tonight. And every liberal journalist who has called him a Maryland man and saying he was rightfully in this country should be apologizing tonight to President Trump.”
