President Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth made a big announcement on Friday about a major breakthrough with the U.S. military.
While speaking from the Oval Office, Trump announced the U.S. military’s next high-tech fighter jet.
Trump not only announces that Boeing has won the contract for “the world’s first six generation fighter jet,” the F-47, he says it’s “been flying for five years.” The president called the F-47 “a good size plane,” adding that “perhaps” some allies will be able to purchase them.
