The NFL announced that singer-songwriter, SZA, will join rapper and Grammy-award-winning artist, Kenrick Lamar, for a thrilling performance at the Super Bowl halftime show. The news was revealed alongside a playful video of SZA splashing Kendrick with a blue drink, reminiscent of the celebratory splash a winning team might give their coach after a big game.
SZA also posted the playful video, captioning it, “Taking the stage with @Kendricklamar! #AppleMusicHalftime #SBLIX.” The duo will perform at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9.
