Lively, who is not pregnant, wrote in the post that she has “been busy” recently. The name and gender of their infant have yet to be confirmed by the couple.
Blake shared the exciting news on Instagram and captioned the shot, “Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023 has been busy.” Blake was pictured in a black tank top and pants, standing between Ryan Reynolds and her mother-in-law, showing off her post-baby physique.
