The term ‘age is just a number’ is often used by people all over the world. But not everyone seems to believe in it. When this 76-year-old grandma expressed her sense of style, she was not met with the kindest of words.
But she did not hold back either. Keep reading to know more about what happened!
76-year-old Candace Leslie Cima has many identities. This includes being a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. But apart from that, she is also an artist, a businesswoman, and a model. The Buffalo, New York-based senior runs a blog named “Life In My 70s: Aging Is Changing.”
On her blog, she gives advice to other women about embracing changes in themselves as they grow older and about lifestyle and fashion. Cima says that her interest in aging has been long-standing. She developed it when she was in her 20s and 30s. She has been the owner of a senior housing facility for several decades. She has known aging people from all walks of life.
From her vast experience with those growing older, Cima has concluded, “The one thing I know for sure is that Aging is Changing. We are not our mothers or our grandmothers. We now have the chance to be productive, intelligent, compassionate, [and] stylish women throughout our later years.”
