It sounds like something that could only happen in a fairy tale. However, that’s exactly what little Stephanie Brown, a resident of Virginia, did. When her son appeared at the doorstep with a fawn, the woman couldn’t believe her eyes.
Later, she admitted that Dominic, accompanied by the adorable Bambi, looked like a scene from a Disney cartoon, and she took a couple of pictures, sharing them on her Facebook page.
The photos immediately went viral, and millions of internet users had the opportunity to enjoy the charming sight of the four-year-old child with a woodland creature.
Stephanie explained that they were on vacation and were already getting ready to head home. Meanwhile, her little son was playing near the house, and she couldn’t quite understand how the fawn ended up there.
She thinks that her son probably offered the little animal a snack, but regardless, an instant bond was formed between them. They became friends, and the boy brought his new friend to show his mother. Moreover, the fawn remained calm and unruffled throughout the encounter.
Later, the boy didn’t want to let go of his newfound friend, but his mother convinced him that the fawn’s mother was waiting for it in the woods, and Dominic finally agreed to part ways.
