Married at First Sight has seen even more controversy after news has broken that star Luke Worley has been kicked off the show after a physical fight with co-star Jordan Gayle.
Producers of the hit Channel 4 show have removed the contestant with immediate affect after his attack left both cast and crew stunned.
The decision of the bosses also means that the 30-year-old’s on-screen wife Jay Howard’s time on the E4 show is also up.
Tensions had been rising between Luke and Jordan on the show, but the physical fight came as a surprise to the cast.
The whole thing was reportedly caught on camera.
A show insider told MailOnline: ‘Luke and Jordan struggled to get along from the moment they met, but no one was expecting them to clash like they eventually did.
‘The cast attend a couples’ retreat and during dinner things get particularly heated between them and later they come to blows inside Jordan’s apartment.
‘Channel 4 bosses had no choice but eject Luke from the programme, which consequently ended his wife Jay’s time in the process… as per the show’s rules you enter as a couple and leave as a couple.
‘The fight was caught on camera, meaning there’s every chance it could be shown in the most explosive scenes ever to be aired on Married At First Sight UK.’
It has not been confirmed yet whether or not the fight will be shown.
