On 21 September, in Rostov, Russia, a family encountered some part of the recently amended sidewalk. No one thought it was unusual, but that day, the family was surprised when she began to hear voices coming from under the ground.
After asking people in the area, some told them the sidewalk and stairway were rebuilt after there was a big hole there before. Children and animals played often in that hole that went all the until under the building, so the family feared the worst is ahead of them.
They noticed the people of the supervision department of the municipality, but they could not do anything because it was not their responsibility area.
When they were left with no options, they decided to take charge of things in their hands. What happened next was nothing less than a miracle.
