Locklear and Heisser, who also happens to be her high school sweetheart, were seen enjoying each other’s company as they perused the shops of the antique mall. The Whizin Market Square holds a special significance for Locklear, as it’s situated near her 8,000-square-foot home in Westlake Village, where she resides.
Locklear, who has experienced her share of challenges over the years, seems to be in a positive space as she spends quality time with her fiancé. Her journey includes overcoming substance abuse, as she entered a rehabilitation program in 2018. Now, she radiates happiness and contentment as she soaks up the sun and enjoys moments of relaxation with Heisser.During their outing, Locklear was captured without makeup and not wearing an engagement ring. Despite this, the couple’s affection for one another was evident, with onlookers noting that they seemed like an old married couple, comfortable and relaxed in each other’s presence.
Locklear and Heisser both sported black tops for the occasion. The actress donned a Lauren Moshi “biting lip” skull logo T-shirt, while Heisser opted for a black polo shirt.

Although Locklear wasn’t wearing her engagement ring during the outing, it’s worth noting that she has been seen without it on other occasions as well. Back in March, during a shopping trip with a friend, she was also without the ring.
