Meadow Walker took to Instagram recently to make a very special announcement. While she has always been part of the Fast family, now it seems like she will be officially a part of the franchise.
She shared a picture of herself on set of the latest movie Fast X. She captioned the picture, “A preview of my cameo in Fast X.” Adding, “The first fast was released when I was one year old! I grew up on set watching my father, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and more on the monitors. Thanks to my dad, I was born into the fast family. I can’t believe now I get to be up there too. With those who have been around to see me grow up.”
She also thanked the director of the film Louis Leterrier, for the “kindness patience and support,” he had shown her during the filming process.
She added, “It feels like you’ve been part of the family since we started, I’m happy it’s just the beginning. I am so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share this with him forever x I love you all so much.”

Meadow Walker has established a solid career as a model but this cameo will mark her acting debut. In the preview she shared of her cameo, she seems to be wearing a flight attendant’s uniform. She has been a signed model since 2017.
Her cameo will be in the highly anticipated latest addition to the Fast franchise titled Fast X. The star-studded cast for this installment of the franchise includes names such as Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, John Cena, Scott Eastwood, Helen Mirren, Jason Momoa, Rita Moreno, Brie Larson, Charlize Theron and Jason Statham.
The movie released its trailer last month and looks promising. The gripping tale will show how Vin Diesel’s character Dom Toretto is setting up to save his family as someone he ‘wronged’ in the past wants to settle a score by targetting his son.
Meadow posted a sweet tribute to her dad on social media in November on the 9th anniversary of his death. The actor died on November 30, 2013 as a passenger in a car with his friend, driver Roger Rodas. They were involved in a single-car crash in Valencia, California and both men died as a result. Meadow was 15 years old at the time of her father’s passing.
“9 years without you. I love you so much my angel,” she wrote in the tribute.
And in September last year on what would have been Walker’s 49th birthday, his daughter directed everyones attention to her father’s charity and encouraged them to donate. She wrote, “Happy birthday to my best friend and twin soul. I love you forever and miss you everyday,” Meadow wrote next to the photo slideshow. “New @paulwalkerfdn designs out today to celebrate you! Do good, be good 💙.”
